You can enjoy trout caviar the classic way, on blini with finely chopped red onion and crème fraiche, or be creative and dollop it generously onto an Italian pasta dish with caramelised cabbage and freshly squeezed lemon juice. hAND-PICKED SINCE 1900

 

The Priess family has been working with trout for four generations and has sold fish and caviar from the harbour in Glyngøre since 1900.

 

In the old days, the trout was fished at sea, but with development and increased focus on sustainability and responsible sourcing, our trout and caviar now come from our own, meticulously managed fish farms – both at sea and on land. There, we dedicate ourselves daily to providing the optimal conditions for our trout.
