Meet the chefs

 

For your culinary delight and in order to showcase the exceptional quality of our Priess & Co trout caviar, we are constantly working with talented chefs to develop new, exciting recipes.

 

The first three recipes have been lovingly developped by our very own, in-house food enthusiast, who worked as a professional kitchen chef for several years. Her recipes are simple and easy to make at home, so you too can enjoy trout caviar in diffent, exciting ways.
